During the 2 years, she will see how her situation crystallizes and then she will decide what to do next. She assumes that if she will enjoy Bratislava and then want to deal with her own housing, the prices of new properties, given the continuous increase in the price of materials, will be higher again at that time. Therefore, she will arrange with the developer the possibility to buy this rented apartment at the current fixed price now, after she finish the rental period.
This month she has one pleasant thing to look forward to. Moving into a new flat with normal rent in Bratislava.
