3. Land investments.

With the possibility of arranging financing of 60% to 90% of the value of the land, or the use of alternative financing, depending on creditworthiness.

 

4. Equity investments.

This is a one-off investment in a share of the property, with the investment planned over a period of 4 to 6 years.
