1. What personal data we process
Personal data from contact forms, registrations and emails.
In the contact forms on our website you can ask us for more information about the products and services we offer. In order to provide you with the requested service or information, we need to process the following contact personal data: email address, name, phone number, city/municipality.
Subscription to information messages (e.g. confirmation of form submission) or service emails in subscribed paid services (e.g. contract documents, order confirmation) cannot be cancelled as it is part of the services provided.
2. Method of processing personal data
Your personal data will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable European legislation. We use both automated means and manual processing for the processing of personal data. All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union. The data is not published, transferred or processed outside the EU and is not disclosed or made available to third parties.
All data you enter into the questionnaire is transmitted encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates. This is a recognised and widely used technique. Data processing is mainly carried out by computer technology, which allows us to ensure the necessary security, reduce the risks of unauthorised manipulation or prevent destruction or loss. 3. Period of processing of personal data
We process your personal data collected through the contact forms on the website during the provision of the requested service – personal meeting, provision of information about products and services, sending electronic newsletters.
Personal data processed due to the order of services will be stored in our company for 10 years from the time of receipt of your consent in accordance with the law.
4. For what purposes we process personal data
If you express an interest in our products and services, request a personal meeting or have a query about our services, we process your personal data to the extent set out in point 1 on the legal basis of Legitimate Interest.
If you choose to use our paid services, we record the personal data provided by you to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract on the legal basis of Performance of Contract and only for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the services provided.

You have the following rights in accordance with the processing and protection of personal data:

You can exercise your rights in writing at the controller’s registered office, via the electronic address info@snip.sk, or in person orally in a record, which must show who exercised the right, what is claimed and when and by whom the record was made, their signature and your signature; you will be given a copy of the record.
Please note that your right to erasure may be limited by a statutory data retention obligation, which we must respect. In addition, under the law, the courts, law enforcement authorities or other statutory authorities may request the necessary information.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Data Protection Authority.

Our company is responsible for compliance with this Privacy Policy and is prepared to demonstrate such compliance to the competent entities.
